The Essence of Existence ( My Purpose)
The beauty in waiting is to learn the comfort of silence. Many times in the Bible, the great leaders cultivated a time of being in God’s presence. Furthermore, our greatest example Jesus was no different ʽʽ Mark 1:35 in early morning while it was still dark Jesus got up, left the house, and went away to a secluded place, and was praying there.” The question today is, were do we derive our resolve? It has become apparent to me that I cannot handle my everyday affairs in my own strength. If My Fathers words are a lamp to my feet and light to my path can I begin my day without it? Jesus knew how hectic each day would be. However, he was on a mission and needed to stay the course. The mission! My redemption!!How much more should we rise early for reflections. Because we do not know what a day holds in store for us .If nothing comes out my time of reflection other than, to be reminded He is with me. It was worth taking a moment; this will give me peace that surpasses all understanding. Jesus did not allow himself to be consumed by the conflicts around him. He was and is a conflict reconciler, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation as Ambassadors. Thus the essence of my existence is daily lying down of my life. This can only happen by deriving resolve in daily reflecting on my Lord. So understand this! all the agitation you are experiencing can be directly centered on this one true fact. If you’re a child of God, you no longer belong to yourself; you were purchased by the blood of Christ. The storm that is raging is because you’re going the wrong way, and you are being swallowed up by your circumstances. Be still and know He is God. Amazingly like Jonah, we know what to do, and why the storm is raging. Stop running, and cry out to the Lord today. He is forever gracious and waiting to show kindness. His words to you are the words of promise that David spoke. Is there anyone left in the house of Saul that I can show kindness to. Truly Father is a covenant keeper. He has in fact already proven how much he Loves us. How Do You Remember
There are many ways; one can choose when you have been hurt by someone. Generally we fester on the negative aspect of any relationship. Thus, anything good gets buried beneath all the pain.(Genesis 8-1 And god remembered Noah,) I for one am so glad father chooses not to remember my mistakes, but how he created me and for what purpose. When receiving divorce papers the first source I turned was God, because I was extremely angry. He spoke to my heart and lead me to (2nd Samuel 24) when David sinned by numbering the people to which God told him to make a choice. 7 years of famine, 3 months running from his enemies or 3 days of pestilence. David chose to throw himself on the mercy of the court and surrendered to whatever was God’s will. Because in God’s hand is the best place to be. When people get divorced they choose sides, they try to see who is on their side, but Father says there is only one side mine!! Furthermore, by surrendering to God, you’re submitting to the process. It takes a little while for the sting to go away, but when you’re in the cocoon of the father he protects us from the stormy winds. You may even think that you have forgiven, but how do feel when the name of the person that has hurt you is mentioned? Does it anger you, or make you uneasy. Does a plethora of things come up? This is a good sign that there is still some unresolved issues.(Psalms 68:18-19) Furthermore, the sting shows the Lord is not on the throne of that issue and it still is holding me hostage; thus the person still controls me in a more powerful way. The only way to break free is surrendering to the fathers love, my love may run out, but His is never ending!!By not surrendering only hinders the next relationship, and many others, because of the luggage you are carrying.
Take a moment right now and ask the Lord to search you, and reveal things that are hindering you from moving forward and contaminating you. Ask him to take it away after all that is why he came top free us from bondage. Instantly you will feel a weight lifted and the freedom to fly again, Blessings
