Elmhurst Nursing Care Center Ministry is an elder care ministry of compassion to the aged and infirmed. Pastors Wilfredo and Ana Gene DeJesus, ordained as pastors with Christian Chaplains State of New York, Inc. are the directors and ministry leaders of this vital ministry. Since 2005 they have conducted bi-monthly Christian services on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Elmhurst Care Center Ministry also partner with Christ the Living Hope Church, Maspeth Queens in this monthly outreach. Elmhurst Nursing Care Center Ministry also provide special Easter And Christmas season services and prayer. Pastors Wilfredo and Ana are burdened with the heart of Christ and servants to their flock.
Pastors Wilfredo and Ana , as well as their daughter Excelsa are also missionaries and minister on mission trips a few times a year.

Pastor De Jesus recently was faced with the greatest challenge of his life when he got infected with the COVID 19 virus from his job – and the virus almost took his life. His wife (Diane) and children (Christian and Excelsa) were also infected. Pastor De Jesus was sick at home for 10 days and was hospitalized for 16 days, and throughout his battle with this virus, God was with him and never left his side.
Profile: Wilfredo A. De JesusGraduated from Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Bachelor Of Science In Physical Therapy. Registered and Licensed Physical Therapist in the Philippines and in the USA. I work as Licensed Physical Therapist in different states and facilities in the US since 1996 until now working in different positions from Traveling PT; School PT; Outpatient PT; PT Supervisor and Rehab Director in Nursing Home. A Licensed Pastor/ Minister/ Chaplain in the State Of New York doing Nursing Home Ministry for 18 years. Previously a Senior Pastor of Christ The Living Hope Church in Queens, NY for more than 3 years and presently a Senior Pastor of International Fellowship Church in Queens, NY.
I have been married to my wife Diane for 31 years and blessed with 3 children: John Paul, 30 y/o and married to Adrianne Joy with their 3 y/o son, Enzo; Christian 26 y/o and Excelsa 21 y/o. My family supported a lot of independent pastors, missionaries, churches and organizations in the Philippines which are also been supported by IFC. Been doing Philippines Mission Trips with my family to support my daughter’s mission work for the Lord, Excelsa De Jesus advocates of helping children that are less privileged after winning as Ms Philippines America and presently reigning Ms Republic Of The Philippines International to help children in the dumpsite areas of Manila and Cebu as well as different organizations such as Bantay Bata, Childhaus, Companion With The Poor and Blessed Ville Angels bringing them monetary assistance, food, hygiene kits as well as entertainment with songs and Word of God, sharing to them His love and offer of salvation through Christ, doing this since 2016. My family was privileged to be able to helped people in Batangas last January during Taal Volcano eruption by bringing them face masks, food, water, used clothes and solar/rechargeable lantern and sharing God’s Word.
God fought this battle for me and my family and He won the victory. Our God Almighty is with us! No viruses can ever defeat us unless He allows it. Nothing is impossible in Him. He is the God who is in control of everything - even our lives.His presence, protection, provision and power goes with us wherever we go.This virus might be seriously deadly but it won’t last. Our God loved us while we were yet deadly sinful. He laid His life for us so we may live with Him throughout eternity.
Where can we found such love? My accomplishments, credentials or success in life are nothing of importance compared to the love of Christ in me. At the end of this life what matters the most is not what I accomplished or acquired, but what I did for Christ and that is bringing more souls at the feet of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.You won't want to miss this.

Healing from Coronavirus

My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” Psalms 62:1-2, 6-8 NIV5/9/20. Ptr. Willy finally came home last night with portable oxygen and oxygen concentrator .He is very weak and lost about 24 lbs. We THANK THE LORD for He WON the battle over Covid virus. He is still using the oxygen the whole night but this morning he is not using it, so far been 4 hrs now that he doesn’t have any oxygen. He is getting and feeling better than yesterday. Glory To God For Healing Him.Again, our hearts are full of gratitude to each and everyone of you who keeps praying for all of us. Thank you for All your Love and may the Lord bless you and keep you all safe and healthy.
